If by any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you can make a full refund by sending us:

-    Receipt of purchase
Please note that refunds can only be made within 14 days, starting from the day you received the product(s).

Shipping Policy

Product(s) will be shipped within 1 to 5 working days from the date of payment made.

Delivery cost: RM10

No delivery fees will be charged for every purchase shipping to Malaysia.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

All transactions will be done in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). Below are the payment methods that we accept:

Part of my order is missing

If an item is missing from your package, it may have been shipped separately. You can go to your orders to see if your missing item is in another shipment. Next to the image of your item, select Track Package to find the delivery date for this shipment. If you still can’t locate your item, contact us.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

 

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly and efficiently: 

1. Your order number 

2. Name and size of item you did not receive 

3. Name and size of item you received 

4. A clear photograph of the item you have received, including its logo

I forgot to use my discount code

 

We felt so sorry that we can't retrospectively apply discount codes to orders, however, you can use it again for a different order as long as it's used before the expiry date.

I’ve found the sneakers I want but my size is not in the selection box.

It is especially important to measure the length of your foot. Knowing how long your foot is in centimetres, you can easily find the manufacture’s size chart which will make it much easier for you to order your shoes in the right size. Do note that we are using the US foot size chart for every product.

Can I track my order ?

 

Of course. For TWELT customers, simply track via order number to get summarized result for all individual shipments in it. Besides, you can send order status updates via email with the built-in feature.
